“Knowledge is power, and it can help you overcome any fear of the unexpected. When you learn, you gain more awareness through the process, and you know what pitfalls to look for as you get ready to transition to the next level. ”

~ Jay Shetty

Program Overview

There is a growing need to understand what drives human behavior both in and outside of the workplace context. The last two decades of research on employee engagement and effective leadership highlight that traditional leadership approaches used in the 20th century are just not working today.

Viewing behavior change through the lens of neuroscience is providing leaders with a much more sophisticated understanding of how to engage people in the improvement of human performance by identifying the neurobiological underpinnings of behavior change in social and workplace settings.

This workshop is designed to help leaders inspire and motivate others to optimize their performance by first optimizing their own - with the brain in mind.

How this Micro-Learning is facilitated

  • Live Virtual (Synchronous) Learning
    - Four (4) 90-min sessions over four (4) consecutive weeks

Why this program is unique

  • Science-Based Research

This science-based workshop teaches participants how to develop the capacities to more effectively manage and lead self; and building trust and connection to more effectively inspire, engage and lead others.

  • Action Based Learning

This program utilizes several adult learning modalities consisting of a mix of lecture, presentation, videos, individual digestion, small group activities and weekly "Missions" to deepen the learning experience.

  • Integrated Group Coaching

To further embed the learning, support the application of skills in the "real world" and encourage follow-through, we imbed group coaching sessions facilitated by one of our ICF certified Human Optimization Coaches.

Additional Skills Building Activities

Enhancing the learning experience

  • Program Assessment (PRE / POST)

We integrate the use of a “pre/post-assessment” tool to gauge where the learner currently is so that they may be able to identify where they would like to put their focus and/or how to prioritize their individual learning experience.

  • Personal Action Plan

A personalized action plan will be created at the conclusion of each learning experience which will identify 1-2 actions to be taken prior to the next session; to encourage practical application in real world scenarios.

  • Peer-Partner Accountability

Program participants will experience weekly opportunities to gain practical experience through observation, reflection or "real-world" interaction where a specific action is implemented and then debriefed with a peer partner.
