He has been recognized as being an exemplary leader demonstrating excellence for over 30 years in the private, public and philanthropic sectors.

An expert in the fields of NeuroLeadership, NeuroSomatics, Resilience and Human Performance, Paul co-created the Integrative NeuroSomatic® Self-Mastery Blueprint ; inspiring leaders to align with their passion, disrupt limiting patterns, and develop the intentional practices or rituals essential for becoming the very best versions of themselves.

Laurie has over 25 years of experience in coaching, training, consulting, leadership, facilitation, and mind/body medicine, and is appreciated for her ability to evoke untapped capacities and eliminate outdated habits that get in the way of excelling. She believes that gaining a deeper understanding of human relationships plays a key role in shifting out of status quo to move positive change forward.

She co-created the Integrative NeuroSomatic® approach to leadership and personal mastery; and is among the pioneers who recognize that we change the world by harnessing the power of the connection between the heart and mind; changing the way we think, feel, and show up in the world.
